Your Ruagem piece is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.

You can use the discount code or gift card on the checkout page. The amount will be deducted from your order total. You may only use one discount code or gift card per order.

We offer free delivery for orders above 50 euro. For orders below 50 euro, a shipping fee of 6,95 euro applies.

Depending on your location, delivery may take around 6-10 business days.

Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests, or changes to your order.

If your order has been processed successfully, you will receive the order confirmation in your mailbox within a few minutes. Always check your spam, or junk mail, box if you have not received anything.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is in new, unworn condition with original packaging and labels attached. A 40 euro return shipping fee applies for returns to our Belgium facility.

Once you’ve shipped your return back to us, we’ll process your refund within 14 days from the date you send the package. That’s our promise to you.

14-Days Hassle Free Returns
We are confident that you will love everything that you order from us! However, in the unlikely event that something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us.

Return costs may vary depending on your location. However, we have local return service points in most countries, which helps minimize shipping fees and makes the process easier. In some cases, like returns to our Belgium facility, a fixed fee of 40 euro may apply.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or colour, simply place a new order.

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, this could be up to 30 working days.

After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 banking days before the refund is visible on your bank account
